Ordered June 26. Was estimated to ship Sept. 1. Sept. 1 came and went. I reached out, and they said there was a printer issue. It would ship soon. I had to keep messaging them and then they would give me an update. Every time I enquired about when it would ship, I was told it would ship. It never did. I would have been understanding if they communicated better, and messaged me about the delay, instead of me reaching out to them every time. I opened a case, Etsy refunded my money, and then they marked it sent. Obviously I never got it.

took 5 months to arrive and arrived in shambles. was packaged poorly. tried to make it right but i was not looking to get replaced. they offered a replacement or a smaller prop but not of near similar value. cool props but i don't recommend purchasing high dollar ones that can be broken during shipment. if you want to put canes from them purchase one of the cheaper props. i ended up getting a refund from etsy services as they will not provide one so beware. i don't think they are terrible and if you want to purchase smaller props from them i recommend, they answered fast and tried to help, but it couldn't get worked out.

Amazing quality! The bow I ordered (the wolf bow) is very accurate to the game model and looks really awesome! Came just in time for Halloween too which was really good luck (the wait was a while, but it was 100% worth every day waited!) - Amazing craftsmanship and worth the price (and then some).
